NEET NEW EXAM Pattern

The pattern of question paper of NEET / All India Medical Entrance Examination 2021 has been changed. The details are as follows-

नीट/अखिल भारतीय मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा 2021 के प्रश्न पत्र के पैटर्न में बदलाव किया गया है। विवरण निम्नानुसार हैं-

The Test pattern of NEET (UG)-2021 comprises of two Sections. Each subject will consist of two
sections. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of
these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. So, the total number
of questions and utilization of time will remain the same.
The pattern

टेस्ट का पैटर्न:- NEET (UG)-2021 के टेस्ट पैटर्न में दो खंड शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक विषय में दो शामिल होंगे
खंड। सेक्शन ए में 35 प्रश्न होंगे और सेक्शन बी में 15 में से 15 प्रश्न होंगे I 15 प्रश्नो में से उम्मीदवार को किसी भी 10 प्रश्नों को करना हैं।अत: कुल प्रश्न संख्या और समय सीमा वही रहेगी l
सत्र 2021-22 में प्रवेश के लिए NEET (UG)-2021 परीक्षा का पैटर्न इस प्रकार है:–

Note: Correct option marked will be given (4) marks and Incorrect option marked will be minus one (-1) mark.
Unattempted/Unanswered Questions will be given no marks.

नोट: चिह्नित सही विकल्प को (4) अंक दिया जाएगा और गलत विकल्प के रूप में चिह्नित किया गया माइनस एक (-1) अंक होगा।
अनुत्तरित / अनुत्तरित प्रश्नों को कोई अंक नहीं दिया जाएगा।

The important points to note:
I. Each question carries 04 (four) marks and, for each correct answer candidate will get 04 (four) marks.
II. For each incorrect answer, 01(one) mark will be deducted from the total score.
III. To answer a question, the candidate has to find, for each question, the correct answer/ best option.
IV. However, after the process of the challenge of key, if more than one option is found to be correct then all/any
one of the multiple correct/best options marked will be given four marks (+4).
Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
Unanswered/Unattempted questions will be given no marks.

In case, a question is dropped/ ignored, all candidates will be given four marks (+4) irrespective of the fact whether the question has been attempted or not attempted by the candidate.

ध्यान देने योग्य महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु:
I. प्रत्येक प्रश्न में 04 (चार) अंक हैं और प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए उम्मीदवार को 04 (चार) अंक मिलेंगे।
द्वितीय. प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए, कुल अंक से 01 (एक) अंक काट लिया जाएगा।
III. एक प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए, उम्मीदवार को प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए सही उत्तर/सर्वोत्तम विकल्प खोजना होगा।
चतुर्थ। हालाँकि, key की चुनौती की प्रक्रिया के बाद, यदि एक से अधिक विकल्प सही पाए जाते हैं तो सभी/कोई
चिह्नित किए गए एकाधिक सही/सर्वोत्तम विकल्पों में से एक को चार अंक (+4) दिए जाएंगे।
किसी भी गलत विकल्प को चिह्नित करने पर माइनस एक अंक (-1) दिया जाएगा।
अनुत्तरित / अनुत्तरित प्रश्नों को कोई अंक नहीं दिया जाएगा।

यदि कोई प्रश्न छोड़ दिया जाता है / अनदेखा किया जाता है, तो सभी उम्मीदवारों को चार अंक (+4) दिए जाएंगे, इस तथ्य के बावजूद कि उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रश्न को प्रत्याशी द्वारा किया गया है या नहीं I

Mode of Examination
NEET (UG) – 2021 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed
machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen.

Duration of Test
The duration of the test would be three (03) hours.

1 Candidates can opt for a Question Paper in any one of the following 13 languages:
2. Option of medium of Question Paper should be carefully chosen while filling in the
Application Form. The option once chosen cannot be changed.
3. Candidates opting for English would be provided Test Booklet in English only.
4. Candidates opting for Hindi would be provided with a Bilingual Test Booklet in
English and Hindi.
5. Candidates opting for Regional languages would also be provided with a Bilingual
Test Booklet in selected Regional language and English.
6. In case of any ambiguity in translation of a question in the test, its English version
shall be treated as final and the decision of NTA shall be final in this regard.

8. Candidates qualifying NEET (UG) – 2021 would be eligible for All India Quota and other
quotas under the State Governments/Institutes, irrespective of the medium of the
examination, subject to other eligibility criteria.

One candidate can fill only one application form

एक उम्मीदवार द्वारा केवल एक आवेदन जमा किया जाना है।

Candidates must ensure that the e-mail Address and Mobile Number provided in the Online
Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/
communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS
on registered Mobile Number only.

उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि ऑनलाइन में प्रदान किया गया ई-मेल पता और मोबाइल नंबर

The first set of information needs to be filled up before the last date of submission of the
online Application Form.

सूचना के पहले सेट को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि से पहले भरने की आवश्यकता है।

The second set of information needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the Result/ downloading of Score Card during the period that would be notified separately through NEET (UG) Portal in due course.

Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:

Step-1	Apply for Online Registration using your Parents/Guardians or your own unique Email Id and Mobile No.अपने माता-पिता/अभिभावकों या अपने स्वयं के अद्वितीय ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करके ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करें।
Step-2	Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरें और सिस्टम से उत्पन्न आवेदन संख्या को नोट करें।
Step-3	Upload scanned images of candidate’s latest passport size photograph (jpg file size: 10 kb to 200 kb); post card size photograph (4”x6”) (jpg file size: 10 kb – 200 kb); siature (jpg file size: 4kb – 30kb); left hand thumb impression (jpg file size: 10 kb-200 kb) (in case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right hand thumb impression may be used.); Class X pass certificate (pdf file size: 50 kb to 300kb); category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.); (pdf file size: 50kb to 300kb) & PwBD certificate (pdf file size: 50kb to 300kb); Citizenship certificate/ Embassy certificate or any Documentary proof of Citizenship certificate in PDF format (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb), (pdf of all these documents should be in prescribed format/file of required size as mentioned against each). Step-4	Pay the fee using SBI/Canara Bank/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net-banking/UPI/Wallet and keep proof of fee paid safely for future reference.एसबीआई / केनरा बैंक / एचडीएफसी / आईसीआईसीआई / पेटीएम पेमेंट गेटवे का उपयोग करके शुल्क का भुगतान करें डेबिट कार्ड/क्रेडिट कार्ड/नेट-बैंकिंग/यूपीआई/वॉलेट के माध्यम से और शुल्क का प्रमाण रखें- भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए I
	Download, save and print copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee and keep copies safely for future reference.  All the above-mentioned 4 Steps can be done together in one go or at different times.सफलतापूर्वक शुल्क के प्रेषण के बाद पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ की प्रतियां डाउनलोड करें, सहेजें और प्रिंट करें और भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए प्रतियों को सुरक्षित रखें।  उपर्युक्त सभी 4 चरण एक साथ या अलग-अलग समय पर एक साथ किए जा सकते हैं।
	In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the prescribed Fee, then the candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway integrator (the helpline number and email given in Appendix- XVI of the Information Bulletin), for ensuring the successful payment.n यदि निर्धारित शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ उत्पन्न नहीं होता है, तो उम्मीदवार को सफल भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संबंधित बैंक/पेमेंट गेटवे इंटीग्रेटर (सूचना बुलेटिन के परिशिष्ट- XVI में दिए गए हेल्पलाइन नंबर और ईमेल) से संपर्क करना चाहिए।
	In spite of the above, if a successful transaction is not reflected on the Portal, the candidate may contact NTA Helpline. If the payment issue is still not resolved, the candidate may pay a second time.उपरोक्त के बावजूद, यदि पोर्टल पर एक सफल लेनदेन प्रदर्शित नहीं होता है, तो उम्मीदवार एनटीए हेल्पलाइन से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। यदि भुगतान समस्या अभी भी हल नहीं हुई है, तो उम्मीदवार दूसरी बार भुगतान कर सकता है।
	However, any duplicate payment received from the candidate by NTA in the course of said transactions will be refunded through the same payment mode through which the duplicate payment is received, after fee reconciliation by NTA.हालांकि, एनटीए द्वारा उक्त लेनदेन के दौरान उम्मीदवार से प्राप्त किसी भी डुप्लिकेट भुगतान को उसी भुगतान मोड के माध्यम से वापस कर दिया जाएगा, जिसके माध्यम से एनटीए द्वारा शुल्क समाधान के बाद डुप्लिकेट भुगतान प्राप्त किया जाता है।
	Download, save and print copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee and keep copies safely for future reference.सफलतापूर्वक शुल्क के प्रेषण के बाद पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ की प्रतियां डाउनलोड करें, सहेजें और प्रिंट करें और भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए प्रतियों को सुरक्षित रखें।
	All the above-mentioned 4 Steps can be done together in one go or at different times.उपरोक्त सभी 4 चरण एक साथ या अलग-अलग समय में एक साथ किए जा सकते हैं।
	Candidates are advised to regularly visit the NTA website and also check their e-mails/SMS for the latest updates.उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे नियमित रूप से एनटीए की वेबसाइट देखें और नवीनतम अपडेट के लिए अपने ई-मेल/एसएमएस भी देखें।
	Any request to change the Examination Centre, Date, and Time provided on the Admit Card shall not be considered under any circumstances.प्रवेश पत्र पर दिए गए परीक्षा केंद्र, तिथि और समय को बदलने के किसी भी अनुरोध पर किसी भी परिस्थिति में विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
	Candidates are advised to take 6-8 Passport size and 4-6 Post Card size (4” X6”) coloured photographs with white background,उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे सफेद पृष्ठभूमि के साथ 6-8 पासपोर्ट आकार और 4-6 पोस्ट कार्ड आकार (4 “X6”) रंगीन फोटो लें
	The photographs are to be used for uploading an Online Application Form, for examination, and also for Counselling/Admission. This is to ensure that the same photograph is used for all documents and all purposes related to NEET (UG)-2021.तस्वीरों का उपयोग ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र अपलोड करने के लिए किया जाना है, के लिए परीक्षा, और परामर्श / प्रवेश के लिए भी। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए है कि वहीफोटोग्राफ का उपयोग सभी दस्तावेजों और NEET (UG)-2021 से संबंधित सभी उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाता है।
	The final submission of the Online Application Form will remain incomplete if step-3 and step-4 under point 6 are not completed. Such forms will stand rejected and no correspondence on this account will be entertained.चरण -3 और चरण -4 बिंदु 6 के तहत पूर्ण नहीं होने पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र का अंतिम जमा अधूरा रहेगा। इस तरह के फॉर्म को खारिज कर दिया जाएगा और इस खाते पर किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
	The entire application process of NEET (UG)-2021 is online, including uploading of scanned images and documents, Payment of Fees, and Printing of Confirmation Page. Therefore, candidates are not required to send/submit any document(s) including Confirmation Page to NTA through Post/ Fax/ by Hand/Email.NEET (UG)-2021 की पूरी आवेदन प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन है, जिसमें स्कैन की गई छवियों और दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करना, शुल्क का भुगतान और पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ की छपाई शामिल है। इसलिए, उम्मीदवारों को पोस्ट/फैक्स/हाथ/ईमेल के माध्यम से एनटीए को पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ सहित किसी भी दस्तावेज (दस्तावेजों) को भेजने/प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
