The stream allocation criteria for JNV students in class -Xl for the session 2025-26

Other modalities regarding allotment of stream are given below:

I . It is mandatory to pass Mathematics-standard (code no. 041 ) of class X for opting Mathematics (041) as a subject in Class Xl in any stream. Science with Mathematics students will opt only Mathematics (041) as a subject in Class Xll however Applied Mathematics (241) may be opted by students of Science Stream having subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

2. Students having Mathematics Basic (241) in Class X are eligible for opting Applied Mathematics (241) as a subject ia Class XI.

 3. Relaxation of 5 marks either in Science or Mathematics or distributed between Science and Mathematics may be given for the students of own  JNV to take admission in same JNV, if the Science and vacant in the concerned stream.(As per column 4 of Table on pre page)

4. Relaxation for participation in differnt Co-urricular Activities:  The relaxation of maximum 3% mark may be allowed for National level participation and 2% marks for State level Games as per table given below:-

5. The criteria for the staff ward are same as for other students of JNV.

 6. If there is a tie among students for admission in Science stream, preference may be given to the students who scored higher marks in the subjects in the following order: Science, Mathematics, Science & Mathematics together, Avg. of all subjects, English  7. If there is a tie among students for
